“ Scandinavian muesli
Start the day with Breakfast from dairy products containing significant amounts of whole grains, proteins and calcium. Mix Scandinavian cereal with low-fat yogurt or skim milk. Add chopped, dried or fresh fruit: raisins, apricot, Apple, cherries, figs or cranberries. The delicious taste is guaranteed! If you don’t like almonds, replace it with walnuts or hazelnuts. Then mix with flour from flax seed rich in omega-3s acids, good for the heart.
- Bystrorazvarivayuschayasya 2 cups of oatmeal (but not fast food!);
2/3 Cup rye or wheat flakes;
- 1/3 Cup sliced almonds;
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes;
- ½ Cup of raisins;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- ½ Tsp vanilla extract No.;
- pinch of cinnamon;
- ¼ Cup of flour from flax seed (to taste).

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Apply a special non-stick spray on a baking sheet and spread it on oatmeal and rye (wheat) flakes. Bake for 10 minutes. Add almonds and coconut flakes. Bake about 8 minutes, until the oatmeal becomes fragrant. Turn off the oven. Mix granola with raisins. In a microwave warm up some honey in a glass measuring Cup (approximately 10 seconds). Mix the vanilla extract with cinnamon and cut the granola mixture. Put muesli in a warm turned off oven and let cool completely for 2 hours. Then mix with flour from flax seed (to taste).
Per serving: 196 calories; fat 5 g; cholesterol 0 mg; carbohydrates 34 g; protein 6 g; fiber 5 g; sodium, 6 g; potassium 209 mg.
