FLAX SALT AND SESAME SEEDS FOR HEALTH

Sprinkle this salt can be anything you like: salads, omelettes,scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and so on. Flax salt and sesame seeds for health is insanely useful, and its recipe is quite simple.

Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar.

Improves digestion and prevents constipation.
Strengthens the immune system.

The ingredients and method of preparation salt with sesame seeds:

1 medium onion,
1 clove of garlic,
2 tablespoons Flaxseed meal,
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds,
1 tablespoon sea or coarse salt is simple.
Onion and garlic finely cut and fry until Golden brown in a dry pan.

Flax seeds and sesame seeds fry in a dry pan, cool.

Mix all ingredients, bring to the vegetables, add to hot dishes and soups.

Flax flour can be bought, but you can grind flax seeds and sesame seeds in a coffee grinder.
