1. Cinnamon
Ingredients:
low-fat yogurt 125 ml
Cow milk, skim 0,5% 250 ml
Apples 2 PCs
Apple juice 125 ml
Cinnamon to taste
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Calorie dishes: 273 kcal
Simply mix all ingredients in a blender and bring to a homogeneous condition. This drink gives a good charge all day.

2.“In the morning”
Thick milkshake-cereal - great for Breakfast.
Ingredients:
flakes 2 tbsp. multigrain
sour milk 50 ml (can substitute yogurt)
banana 1 piece
Apple sour-1 PC small sweet
lemon juice 1 tsp.
honey 1 tsp. without top, little
cinnamon 2 g for decoration
To prepare the cocktail “in the Morning”
1. In a blender, pour cereals and fill them with milk.
2. Put the banana pieces.
3. Apple cleaned from skin and hearts, cut slices, add to the blender, sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Put a tea spoon of honey. For me it turned out pretty sweet, next time I will put less.
5. Whisk all the blender a couple of minutes until smooth, put into a deep platter, garnish with cinnamon.

3.Morning cheerfulness: coffee cocktail with orange juice
Ingredients:
50 grams orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed);
50 grams of fresh coffee, preferably espresso;
20 grams of the cream twenty percent;
sugar at discretion.
Fresh coffee put on the window to cool down. Whisk together sugar and cream, add juice (or squeeze an orange, depending on your choice). In the resulting mixture pour coffee. The idea of coffee should settle down, and the juice and the cream to rise to the top, the resulting layered drink (it happens when you take more thick cream). Pour the resulting drink into a glass and enjoy! Orange juice, by the way, you can easily substitute another citrus fruit, e.g., grapefruit or even natural multi fruit/tropical juice
