Mask from mustard and yeast to promote hair growth.
This mask stimulates hair growth, strengthens them, removes the problem with the oiliness of the hair and gives volume and thickness to hair.
Ingredients:
- Mustard powder 1 tbsp
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Kefir or yogurt 2 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp.
Honey 1 tsp.
Method of application:
To start, dissolve the yeast and sugar in water or kefir (definitely better yogurt), wait until they ferment (20-30 minutes in a warm place), and then add the mustard and honey. Mustard stimulates the flow of blood to the hair follicles, and along with it nutrients and oxygen, and thanks to honey, the hair becomes smooth, shiny, silky.
Apply this mask we are going from root and next (depending on hair type) along the entire length.
Keep for about an hour under the cellophane and warm towel. Wash it off with shampoo and warm water.
