Very simple and effective diet!

But decided to try at least 2 times a day following simple recipe:
1 Cup yogurt + 1 tablespoon RAW buckwheat washed and INFUSE for 8 HOURS at room temperature.
Put yourself on the night of the morning dose, and morning - evening (eat 2-3 hours before bedtime).
For me it is VERY TASTY!!!! Buckwheat swells well, and the taste does not compare with buckwheat infused water, I personally can’t bring myself to choke that out at all.
Over the last month took 4 kilograms (assume that initially left the extra food), swelling disappeared the morning, during the day, ate, you can even say good, because breast-fed.
The result is a TASTY and RELAXED.
