Cuisine each region of the country has its own unique features. In General, the basis of Spanish cuisine is a complex mixture of ancestral culinary traditions of the local population with elements drawn from the peoples of Europe, Africa and America. The most common national dishes ingredients: meat, olive oil, cheese, saffron, pepper and other spices. Also the cuisine of different regions has put together an extensive use of walnuts and sage and cooking methods: it is often stewed in wine, grilled over coals and baked with cheese. In the coastal regions and the Islands in the menu of the local population includes a lot of seafood.

Main dishes:
“Paella” is the national dish of Spain. Prepare rice with saffron and olive oil, but the paella in different regions of the country add all sorts of ingredients from chicken and vegetables to oysters and shrimp.

The wine is produced almost all over the country both large factories and in the home. Homemade wine is often even better manufactured under well-known brands.
All the wines of Spain are classified into 3 types:
1). Denominacion de Origen wine, recipe and technology of production which is strictly regulated and complies with all standards.
2). Vino de la Tierra - this classification is awarded a major regional producer, the recipe and technology of production of which corresponds to some local regulations.
3). Vino de Mesa is wine that cannot be classified because of mixing with other grape varieties, they are equivalent to European table wines.
