Useful candy.

Candy, unlike traditional very useful. Apricots contain a lot of minerals - potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus. Dates contain vitamins A, C, b, Niacin, Pantothenic acid and also rich in minerals. Raisins contain potassium in large numbers, but also elements such as sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron. Also contains vitamins B1, B2, B5, establishing that the robot nervous system and improve sleep. Almonds - vitamin E and V. In sesame contains a large amount of oil consisting of organic acids, of saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, triglycerides, and glycerol esters. Also in sesame contains a substance called sesamin. It is a powerful antioxidant. It is useful for prevention of many diseases, including cancer and lowers cholesterol in the blood.

So that choose or purchase candy with TRANS-fats and other crap or a work of their own hands, rich in trace elements and vitamins.

You will need:

200 grams of dried apricots,
200 grams of raisins,
200 grams dates
200 grams roasted almonds,
the juice of half a lemon,
tablespoon of honey,
a pinch of salt
sesame.

How to prepare:

200 grams dried apricots, 200 grams of raisin, 200 grams of dates all skip through Mincer. 200 grams roasted almonds grind in a blender. Add the juice of half a lemon, tablespoon of honey, a pinch of salt, mix everything, form balls and roll them in the sesame seeds. Again rolled by hand. All.

Now in more detail. Needless to say that dried fruits must be washed. From dried fruits you can take absolutely any combination. I chose dates because they are sweet, dried apricots, because it with a bit of tartness and the raisins, just thought that it would be out of place. I chose figs because I didn’t like the small bones, which I personally resemble sand. Instead of almonds you can take any nuts. I love almonds and that was my choice. Here’s all the problems with choice. If you love cinnamon, half tea spoon ground to add to ground mixture.

Balls I rolled with wet hands. As six or seven Kolobok rolled up and put in a bowl with sesame seeds, hand wash, again wiped dry and dusted in sesame balls rolled between dry hands.

Bon appetit!
