Here’s the recipe, which gave Olympic athletes, thus restoring the spine after heavy exercise.

It is very easy!
Every night before bed for 1,5 months you should eat:
1 figs (the Fig tree),
5 dried apricots (dried apricots),
1 the fruit of prunes.

These fruits contain substances that cause tissue repair comprising the intervertebral discs. They make them more sustainable and resilient.
Strengthening tissues leads to the fact that the vertebrae begin to become designated nature of the place without external manual correction. Substances required to achieve the desired result, not contained in each fruit, and are formed at their simultaneous use.
